Where we work · Rockport
Rockport vacation rental management.
Rockport is a seven-square-mile peninsula at the tip of Cape Ann. We manage homes here because we live ten minutes away and it is one of our favorite places in the world.
On the calendar
A shorter season, a sharper one.
Rockport sells on image. Bearskin Neck, Motif No. 1, Halibut Point, the boat-littered harbor. Guests book here for the Cape Ann postcard and they are usually willing to pay for it. Our job is to make sure the home lives up to what the photos promised, from the first listing shot to the final turnover.
The rental season is shorter than Gloucester's. Most of the year's revenue arrives between mid-May and mid-October. April and November can surprise in either direction depending on the weather, and we price for that.
“Rockport does not need to be embellished. The peninsula takes care of that.”
By neighborhood
Rockport by neighborhood.
Five pockets of the peninsula. Here's why we love each one.
Bearskin Neck & Downtown
The heart of Rockport. Shops, restaurants, and the walk out to the tip. We end up here most Saturdays.
Rockport Harbor / Village
A block back from Bearskin Neck, quieter but still walk-to-everything. Where we'd live if we lived in Rockport.
Pigeon Cove
Northern, residential, a neighbors-know-each-other feel. Cape Hedge for swimming. Quieter Rockport.
Long Beach
A mile of sand on the Rockport-Gloucester border. The longest beach on the coast and the kind of place families come back to summer after summer.
Halibut Point & NE Coast
Cliff-side, windswept, the edge-of-the-world feel. The state park is worth every visit, regardless of season.
